I am a clinical psychologist, psychodynamic psychotherapist and counselor from Pavia .

Always fascinated by the human being, by his characteristics, fragility, wonders, potential and weaknesses, I have always focused on the deep dynamics of the person, deepening every tool in order to know the other and myself.

In addition to traditional psychoanalytic psychotherapy , I studied and studied holistic techniques and tools such as meditation, Chinese medicine, breathing techniques, hypnosis, rebirthing, naturopathy, phytotherapy and kinesionology, looking for methods and practices that could unlock the person in the depths, trying to help him not only to "cure" the disease, but also to provide concrete and real tools to become more aware of himself, of the relationships we build, of the blocks we live, of the messages that the our body, trying to see therapy, not only as something to get out of feeling bad, but also  as a moment to raise the quality of one's life .

• I graduated in 2003 from the faculty of Psychology at the University of Pavia .

• I graduated as a Counselor with a "person-centered" Rogerian approach.

• I graduated as a psychotherapist at "Il Ruolo Terapeutico" in Milan

• I got the NLP Master's degree

• Numerous courses carried out on: HYPNOSIS,  BODY MEMORIES AND TRAUMA, RELAXATION TECHNIQUES, BREATHING, MEDITATION, CHINESE MEDICINE, AUTOGENOUS TRAINING, POLIVAGAL TECHNIQUES, MICROBIOTA AND TRAUMA STRESS.
